Stressed out? Who isn’t?

Well, I am not.  I don’t say this to sound high and mighty, but I say it to hopefully get you to understand that you can control stress. Yes, you can control stress and when you get good at that you can actually make stress work for you. I know that sounds great and all but it sounds too good to be true it usually is. I agree but this is true, it’s not necessarily easy but it is very doable by every single person in the world, not just a select few. It doesn’t take special talent, IQ, genetics, religion, etc… It takes the discipline.

I can sum it up in one word – NOTHING.  No, this is not a Seinfeld episode!  Its how you will learn how to master stress.  What could be simpler than doing nothing, you sit there and shut your mind off and do nothing.  That’s it! Simple!

If you have ever tried this you know that is not the case. It is very difficult to learn how to shut your mind off. We live in a very fast paced world with a lot of bad things going on not just to us but around the world from a bad economy, wars, violence, our own personal battles financially, personally, at home and at work.

That’s why it is so important that you learn to protect your greatest asset- your mind.  Every single thing that we think, say and do start in our brain. Every cell, tissue, and organ is controlled and coordinated by your brain. I think you’re getting the picture.
